When soaked in vinegar for 24 hours and boken, the 3-dimensional stereom structure is revealed as shown below.

Also found in this layer are numerous crinoid columnals. These, also, have unusually good preservation.

Crinoids

Here is what the crinoid columnals look like.

When soaked in vinegar for 24 hours and broken open, they reveal stereom structure that is somewhat smaller and less defined than that of the Cyclocystoids.
